Workforce wellbeing and enablement

Score: 2

The service supported staff to develop in their roles. Staff had received appraisals in the last 2 years and there were plans to ensure annual reviews were held moving forward. However, although staff said they were supported in their roles, not all staff felt supported by managers. Following our assessment, we were provided with evidence of staff surveys carried out in 2024 and 2025 and actions were taken as a result.
