Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity
e) The registered provider within three months of this condition taking effect and every third month thereafter must send to the Care Quality Commission an outcomes report of surveys to
service users and or their representatives on their views of care they have received.
a) The registered provider must not accept any new packages of care without the prior written agreement of the Care Quality Commission. This includes recommencing a service care package for service users that have previously been provided with personal care from Galilee Care LTD. This includes those who are admitted to hospital or spent time in another care setting.
b) The registered provider must within 7days of this condition taking effect undertake quality assurance audits at Galilee Care, Unit 18,105 Hopewell Business Centre, Hopewell Drive, Chatham, ME5 7DX in respect of the following: -
• Care plans of all service users including assessments relating to all risks associated with service users’ care
• Daily care notes for all service users
• MAR charts for all service users
• Staff training and competencies
• Accidents and incidents
• Complaints
• Staff rotas to ensure appropriate travel time has been provided
c) The registered provider must within 14 days of this condition taking effect and on the first working day of every month thereafter must send to the Care Quality Commission a report detailing the outcome of the quality assurance audits. The report should detail any remedial or immediate action taken along with any other action that the Registered Provider plans to take as a result of the outcome of these audits. The report should include associated timescales for completing the actions and highlight who will be responsible to ensure that the required improvements are made.
d) The registered provider must within 14 days of this condition taking effect and on the first working day of every month thereafter must send to the Care Quality Commission a report of the planned versus actual (care visits completed) for the service. This should be an excel spreadsheet or csv file and should
contain for each call:
a) Name of service user
b) Date
c) Planned time in and out
d) Actual time in and out.
e) Name of staff member completing the visit.
