My Recovery Tameside

Our overall rating of safe at My Recovery Tameside has remained good. This meant people were safe and protected from avoidable harm. Staff assessed and managed risks to people using the service and themselves well. Staff understood how to protect clients from abuse and the service worked well with other agencies to do so. The service used systems and processes to safely prescribe, administer, record and store medicines. The service managed incidents well, supporting people using the service and staff who were involved in incident and investigating incidents appropriately to identify any lessons which could be learned. The premises at both sites were safe, clean, well equipped, well-furnished and fit for purpose, although the decor at Ashton was in need of refurbishment.
