People's experience of this service
We spoke with 10 people using the service to gain feedback about their experience during the inspection. This included speaking with people who were on site during the inspection and phone calls to other people who had consented to be contacted by us. All the people we spoke with were positive about their experience, particularly about the one-to-one support they received from staff, who were described as “going above and beyond” for people. People using the service told us that they felt involved in their care and had their views respected and they were happy with the information they were given, including information about any medicines they were prescribed. People spoke very positively about how the service engaged with other agencies they were involved with and helped them in other aspects of their lives to support their recovery. The provider’s surveys during the 12 months preceding our inspection showed the majority of respondents (92% on average) feeling positive about the service.
