Two weeks before our inspection, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. We did not receive any direct patient feedback.
We reviewed patient feedback from a range of sources, including feedback gathered by the practice and online reviews. Overall, the feedback provided a positive view of the care, treatment and service provided by the practice.
We reviewed 155 patient feedback responses received between June and July 2026. 86% of respondents rated the practice either 9 or 10 out of 10.
Patients rated the practice highly on the professionalism, knowledge and clinical skills of the dental team. Comments included "Very professional, courteous and loaded with experience. Very empathetic towards her patients," "Professional and pleasant," "Professionalism and friendly approach," and "Professionalism and thoroughness, caring and listened."
Patients also described the team as friendly, kind and reassuring. Comments included "The whole team were very friendly and reassuring," "The dentist has a lovely calm and gentle manner. She greets you like a friend," "Very kind and friendly lady," "Unbelievably kind and caring," and "Everyone so nice."
Communication and explanations were another positive theme. Patients said, "Good communication and professional," "The care she took to examine and explain the issue. All while reassuring me and talking about the next steps," "Clearly explained my problem," "Explained exact treatment steps in a clear manner," and "The dentist is always very clear and considerate."
Patients also valued the efficient service and timely access to care. Comments included "Needed an emergency appointment and dentist fitted me in at short notice," "Was able to get an appointment quickly, as I broke my tooth," "Great reception. Always on time," "On time," and "Very efficient."
A small number of lower-scoring responses related to communication and clinical outcomes. The practice told us they reviewed this feedback, contacted patients where appropriate to discuss their experiences and identify opportunities for learning and service improvement.
