During an assessment under our new approach
We carried out this assessment between 8 and 19 May 2026. Beersheba Social Care Services Limited is a care at home agency that provides personal care to people living in their own homes. CQC only inspects where people are receiving the regulated activity personal care. This is help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do, we consider any wider social care provided.
At the time of this inspection 3 people were receiving support with personal care. This was the first inspection since this service registered with CQC. This service had a registered manager in place.
The service provided care that was safe, effective and centred around people’s individual needs. There were systems in place to monitor care delivery and promote people’s safety. Risks were assessed and addressed in care plans. Care was planned in line with people’s needs and was reviewed when required to ensure it remained appropriate. Staff were trained to be effective in their roles. Staff understood their roles and responsibilities and knew how to escalate concerns. They were supported through regular support and supervisions. The registered manager monitored staff performance through spot checks and observation. They maintained regular contact and communication with staff which helped to promote consistency in how care was delivered.
The registered manager involved other healthcare services where required to ensure people’s needs were met. They worked in partnership with other services to develop and improve the service.
The provider demonstrated a commitment to delivering good quality care. they had systems and processes to monitor the service.
