Date of Assessment: 29 October 2025. London Street Surgery is a GP practice and delivers service to approximately 6,000 patients under a contract held with NHS England. The National General Practice Profiles states that the ethnicity of the practice population is 61.1% White, 22.34% Asian, 7.93 Black, 4.91 Mixed and 3.71% Other. Information published by Office for Health Improvement and Disparities shows that deprivation within the practice population group is in the fifth decile (5 of 10). The lower the decile, the more deprived the practice population is relative to others. This assessment considered the demographics of the people using the service, the context the service was working within and how this impacted service delivery.

We carried out this inspection to follow up on concerns found at the previous inspection in January 2025. Since the last inspection, the practice had made improvements and are no longer in breach of regulations. As a result of this inspection, the practice has been rated good overall, and in all key questions.
