Our view of the service

Date of assessment 3 to 9 October 2024. We carried out an announced comprehensive inspection to follow up on the outcome of our previous inspection in 2022 where we rated the practice requires improvement. London Street Surgery provides NHS GP services to approximately 5850 patients. We found the service was now providing effective care, but the practice continued to require improvement in the provision of safe and well-led services. We have rated the service requires improvement overall.

People's experience of this service

Overall patients had mainly positive experiences of the service. There was consistent feedback that demonstrated the staff were caring.
