Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity
1. Within 14 days of this condition coming into effect, the Registered Provider must provide the Care Quality Commission an action plan outlining the steps it will be taking to improve service delivery and embed governance processes at the location. This must outline how the Registered Provider intends to implement an effective system to ensure that all records relating to:service user care and risk management, missed and late calls, incidents, safeguarding and complaints, staff recruitment, medication administration records and staff training and competency checks; are reviewed and analysed, including timeframes for this work to be completed.
2. The Registered Provider must implement and maintain a continuous quality improvement system that identifies areas for improvement through audits, feedback, incident reviews, and performance data. The Registered Provider must maintain a service improvement plan that includes:
a. Clear actions to address each identified issue.
b. Timescales for completion of each action.
c. The improvement plan must include but is not limited to, incidents, accidents,safeguarding concerns and complaints and lessons learnt; medicines management; training and competency; supervision and support/spot checks;recruitment; missed and late calls.
d.The quality improvement plan must be submitted to the Commission on the first day of every month and thereafter. Each submission must include updates on progress and outstanding actions.
