GenesisCare Centre for Radiotherapy at Cromwell Hospital

We looked for evidence that leaders and staff shared a vision and culture based on listening, learning and trust, that leaders were visible, knowledgeable and supportive, helping staff develop in their roles. We checked that staff felt supported to give feedback, that staff understood their roles and responsibilities and that managers worked with the others to deliver the best possible care.
