GenesisCare Centre for Radiotherapy at Cromwell Hospital is an independent clinic located within the premises of a private acute hospital. It is registered to provide the regulated activity of treatment of disease, disorder or injury and specialises in radiosurgery and radiotherapy treatments (including MRI radiotherapy treatments) for different cancers to adults on an outpatient basis.

We inspected the key questions of safe, effective, caring, responsive and well led on 16 July 2025. Our inspection team consisted of a specialist adviser, a medicines optimisation inspector and a lead inspector. We spoke with 3 patients who were receiving treatment on the day of our inspection and 11 members of staff. We reviewed patient records and documentation concerned with the functioning and management of the service while on site and were provided with documentation we requested after our visit.
