Staff at the practice always treated people with kindness, empathy and compassion and respected their privacy and dignity.

We noted the practice performed better than the average in the results of the 2025 National GP Patient Survey. This showed people felt listened to and felt they were treated with kindness. For example:

93% of respondents to the survey felt the healthcare professional at their last appointment was good at treating them with care and concern, compared to a national average of 86%.

94%of the respondents to the survey felt they were involved as much as they wanted to be in decisions about their care and treatment during their last general practice appointment, compared to a national average of 91%.

97% of the respondents to the survey felt they had confidence and trust in the healthcare professional they saw or spoke to during their last general practice appointment, compared to a national average of 93%.

The volume of positive comments was consistently high in the Friends and Family test scores over the last 3 months, providing strong evidence of a positive patient experience and a culture focused on delivering high-quality patient-centred care. Patients feedback indicated they valued the professionalism of staff, timely access to care and clear communication.
