Responsive
We did not assess all quality statements in this key question. We only assessed the parts of the quality statements that were included in the warning notices we issued to the provider on 18 December 2025.
We looked for evidence that the service met people’s needs, and that staff treated people equally and without discrimination.
At our last assessment, we rated this key question as requires improvement. At this assessment, the rating remains the same.
This service scored 43 (out of 100) for this area. Find out what we look at when we assess this area and How we calculate these scores.

Listening to and involving people
During the last assessment in December 2025, we found that the service did have systems in place for people to share feedback and ideas, or raise complaints about their care, treatment and support. They did not always involve people in decisions about their care or tell them what had changed as a result.
Since the last assessment the practice had received 3 complaints. We saw some improvement, but 1 of the 3 complaints we reviewed had not been managed in line with the practice’s policy. It did not include information of how the complainant could escalate the complaint if they were dissatisfied with how the complaint had been handled.
Learning from complaints was not evident and staff were not able to identify changes made because of patient feedback, including complaints.
