We looked for evidence that leaders proactively supported staff and collaborated with partners to deliver care that was safe, integrated, person-centred and sustainable. We also reviewed processes for staff raising concerns to ensure staff felt able to speak up without fear of bullying. We reviewed governance processes and looked for evidence of the management of risks, issues and performance.

At our last assessment we rated this key question requires improvement. At this assessment the rating has changed to good. This meant leaders improved the culture and ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
