Date of Assessment: 30 September and 6 November. Dr Rajiv Goel also known as The Riverside Practice is a GP practice and delivers services to 5,247 under a contract held with NHS England. The National General Practice Profiles states that the practice ethnicity estimate is 6.2% Mixed, 13.7% Asian, 22.9% Black, 8.9% Other. Information published by Office for Health Improvement and Disparities shows that deprivation within the practice population group is in the second most deprived decile (2 of 10). The lower the decile, the more deprived the practice population is relative to others. This assessment considered the demographics of the people using the service, the context the service was working within and how this impacted service delivery. We assessed 33 quality statements across the five key questions: Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive, and Well-led. The assessment comprised a remote assessment on 30 September, a site visit on 1 October, and a remote clinical assessment on 6 November 2025.
