Our overall rating of well led at Hey Baby 4D - The Revive Healthy Living Centre was good. Diagnostic Imaging was rated good. This meant the service had a shared vision and culture. Leaders had the skills, knowledge, experience and credibility to lead effectively. Staff felt they could speak up and their voice would be heard. The service valued diversity in their workforce. The service had clear responsibilities, roles, systems of accountability and good governance. The service shared information and learning with partners and collaborated for improvement. The service focused on continuous learning.
