Our view of the service
We assessed Acquiesce Ltd from 14 to 15 August 2025.
Substance Misuse Service Acquiesce Ltd, was registered with CQC in December 2017 to deliver the regulated activities: Accommodation for persons who require treatment for substance misuse. The service has a Registered Manager.
We visited the following locations as part of the assessment: We visited Devonshire House in Bolton where clients resided during their treatment. We also visited all Saints Street where clients attended daily for their treatment sessions 7 days a week.
At this assessment we identified no breaches of regulation. At this assessment we assessed 1 assessment service group substance misuse services.
We rated the service as Outstanding.
