Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity
The registered provider must not provide any new packages of care to Bognor Regis, 104 Business Centre, Heath Place, Ash Grove, Bognor Regis, West Sussex PO22 9SL without the prior written agreement of the Care Quality Commission.
Prior to accepting any new service users, the registered provider must provide CQC with an assessment of the new service users' care and treatment requirements and how they will meet them.
The registered provider must on the last Friday of each month send to the Care Quality Commission a report of the previous month’s quality assurance audits for:
a) Accidents and incidents.
b) Safeguarding incidences and safeguarding referrals.
c) Mental Capacity Act assessments including Best Interest meetings and decisions, carried out by the service and health and social care professionals.
d) Authorised Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards and restrictions.
e) Care plan reviews and amendments.
f) Risk management reviews and amendments.
g) Review of records and daily notes with regards to person-centred practices and terminology.
The report should include actions and timescales and who will be responsible for ensuring the required actions take place. The report must include any investigations carried out and their outcomes, lessons learnt, and action taken to prevent a recurrence.
