Our view of the service
We undertook a follow-up on-site inspection on 9 May 2025. This was carried out to review the actions taken by the registered provider to improve the quality of care and to assess whether the practice was meeting legal requirements.
We had previously undertaken announced on-site inspections of Greg Gossayn Dental Surgery on 15 January and 7 March 2025. We had found the registered provider was not providing safe, effective or well-led care and was in breach of regulations 12 (safe care and treatment) and 17 (good governance) of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014.
During our follow-up inspection, we found the practice had met regulations.
The practice had made improvements to systems to manage risks and infection control procedures followed published guidance.
Patients’ care and treatment was provided in line with current guidance and there had been improvements to ensure there was effective leadership and a culture of continuous improvement.
Greg Gossayn Dental Surgery is in the London Borough of Camden and provides private dental care and treatment for adults and children.
The practice had 2 treatment rooms.During the assessment we spoke with the dental nurse and the compliance manager.
