At the inspection on 15 May 2025, we found the practice had made the following improvements to comply with the regulation:

Staff and leaders told us of the systems in place to manage risks for patients, staff, equipment and the premises.

Concerns and complaints were responded to appropriately, and outcomes were discussed to share learning and for improvement.

There were effective processes for identifying and managing risks, investigating incidents and accidents, and for receiving and acting on safety alerts.

The practice had a governance system which included policies, protocols and procedures that were accessible to all members of staff and were reviewed on a regular basis.

Areas identified as requiring improvement at the inspection on 6 November 2024 had mostly been addressed. The follow-up inspection on 15 May 2025, highlighted that further improvements should be made to oversight systems and processes for dental care records and staff training.
