We carried out this announced on-site inspection on 10 September 2025.
We found the practice had met regulations.
Infection control procedures in place were effective.
Staff had the skills, knowledge and experience to carry out their roles.
Staff provided care and treatment in line with current guidance. They treated patients with dignity and respect and ensured access to care, support, and treatment when required.
The practice had systems to identify and manage risks which required some improvements.
Recruitment procedures did not entirely reflect current legislation.
The practice is in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham and provides private dental care and treatment for adults and children.
Access to the practice was made available to people with mobility issues via a temporary ramp when needed. Car parking spaces were available, including dedicated parking for disabled people, near the practice.
The practice had 2 treatment rooms. At the time of our inspection, there was a total of 7 staff, of which there were 2 dentists, 3 dental nurses, 1 receptionist and 1 practice manager. We gathered feedback from staff and spoke to a range of staff during our inspection, including the 2 dentists, 2 dental nurses, and the practice manager.
The service provides cosmetic treatments, some of which are not in scope of CQC regulation and are not covered in our inspection.
