Equity in experiences and outcomes
Staff and leaders actively listened to information about people who are most likely to experience inequality in experience or outcomes and tailored their care, support and treatment in response to this.
People and relatives told us the support provided met the identified care needs. Staff completed a range of training to ensure people were supported with their wishes about their care. These included equality and diversity which included human rights and mental capacity to support people to make decisions.
