During an assessment of Surgery

We carried out an unannounced inspection of surgical procedures for adults over the age of 18 years at DrDucu London on the 30 June 2026 and 2 July 2026 in line with our assessment priorities. The clinic had no overnight beds. Facilities included a theatre, a recovery room, a laser treatment room, a consultation room and a waiting area. At this inspection we identified breach of regulation 17 good governance in relation to medicines optimisation.

Overall, the service was rated as good.

DrDucu London was a small independent healthcare service located in Central London. The provider
was registered to provide the regulated activities of surgical procedures, diagnostic and screening procedures, and treatment of disease, disorder or injury. The clinic offered mini‑liposuction, hair‑transplant procedures and GP‑led consultations. The facilities available at the clinic included two surgery/hair‑transplant rooms, consultation rooms and two laser‑treatment rooms. Most of the services carried out at the clinic were cosmetic or aesthetic in nature and therefore fell outside the scope of regulated activity.

During an assessment of the hospital overall

DrDucu London Clinic is a small private clinic located in Central London. The clinic is registered to
provide surgical procedures, diagnostic and screening procedures, and treatment of disease, disorder
or injury. Treatments offered included minor surgical procedures, including hair transplants and
General Practitioner (GP) services. There were other services provided at the clinic that were outside

A team of two inspectors and one specialist advisor assessed the service on 30 June 2026. Two
pharmacy inspectors also visited the clinic on Monday 2 July 2026. We spoke with five members of staff
and four patients. We reviewed five patient files and the personnel files of staff who were substantively
employed at the clinic. We reviewed the files relating to five doctors working at the clinic under
practising privileges.

This is the first inspection of the service since registration in November 2025.
