Our view of the service
Care 4 All Limited is a domiciliary care agency providing personal care. The service provides support to older people, people living with dementia, people with a physical disability and people living with a learning disability or autism, in their own homes. We looked at 8 quality statements during this assessment.
We found breaches of regulation in relation to safe care and treatment and governance.
People's experience of this service
People were positive about the service they received. People told us they felt safe and well supported. They highlighted staff communicating in their own language as a key part of enabling them to have a positive experience.
