Person-centred Care

The provider ensured they had access to patients’ GP records when delivering care in care homes, before assessing them and delivering care. The service staff informed us they always treated people with kindness, empathy and compassion and respected their privacy and dignity. No social care services provided us with feedback regarding their views and experiences.
