We looked for evidence that the service involved people and treated them with compassion, kindness, dignity and respect. This is the first inspection for this service since its registration with CQC. This key question has been rated as Good.

Kindness, compassion and dignity
The service’s staff informed us they always treated people with kindness, empathy and compassion and respected their privacy and dignity. No social care services provided us with feedback regarding their views and experiences.
Treating people as individuals
The clinicians told us that they always spoke to their patients, care home staff and patients’ relatives prior to delivering care to ensure they understood people’s individual needs and preferences.
Independence, choice and control
The provider had processes for ensuring peoples preferences and rights were protected. The clinicians told us that they always spoke to their patients, care home staff and patients’ relatives prior to delivering care to ensure they understood people’s individual needs and preferences.
Responding to people’s immediate needs
The provider informed us they provided prompt care to patients they supported in care homes. The social care services could contact them via their mobile phones to ensure prompt review and attendance to patients if needed.
Workforce wellbeing and enablement
The service consisted of 2 GPs both working independently and they supported each other when needed.
