Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The Registered Provider must review their current governance structure to monitor the quality of care provided and advise the Commission within 14 days of this condition coming into effect, what that structure is and who is responsible for monitoring the quality of care and how

The Registered Provider must audit the following areas each month to satisfy themselves that enough action has been taken to reduce risks as much as reasonably practicable to service user’s safety:
- Incidents/accidents including any in respect of distressed behaviour exhibited by services users;
- Allegations of or incidents of abuse;
- Service users’ weights;
- The premises including the outside areas.

The Registered Provider must send a copy of the above audits to the Commission within 14 days from the date at which this condition comes into effect and thereafter on the first Monday of each month. Where actions for improvement are identified, an action plan must be included. If all required actions have not been completed, then the dates they are to be completed must be included and updates given on subsequent reports.

Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The registered provider must not provide nursing care under accommodation for persons who require personal or nursing care at Sunnycroft Care Home.

The registered provider must only accommodate a maximum of 50 service users at Sunnycroft Care Home.
