During an assessment under our new approach
Date of Assessment: 9 December 2025 to 28 January 2026.
The service is a supported living service providing support to people with a learning disability. We assessed the service against ‘Right support, right care, right culture’ guidance to make judgments about whether the provider guaranteed people with a learning disability and autistic people respect, equality, dignity, choices, independence and good access to local communities that most people take for granted. We found the provider was meeting these values.
The provider had a good learning culture and people could raise concerns without fear of negative ramifications.
The registered manager investigated incidents thoroughly. People were protected and kept safe. Staff understood and managed risks well.
The facilities and equipment provided met people’s needs, were kept clean and well-maintained and any risks were mitigated.
There were enough staff deployed with the right skills, qualifications and experience to meet people’s needs. The registered manager made sure staff received training and regular appraisals to maintain high-quality care.
Staff managed medicines well and involved people in planning any changes.
