This meant we looked for evidence that the service met people’s needs.

At our last assessment we rated this key question as good. At this assessment the rating has changed to requires improvement.

We found a breach of regulation 9 in relation to person centred care. People in treatment did not always have a care plan. Learning from complaints was not implemented. Staff did not always respond quickly when an issue was identified. This meant people’s needs were not always met.

However, people told us they felt they could raise any concerns with staff.
