Caring
This meant we looked for evidence that the service involved people and treated them with compassion, kindness, dignity and respect.
At our last assessment we rated this key question as good. At this assessment the rating has changed to requires improvement. Staff were not always responsive to people’s needs. Families and carers did not have access to support groups. This meant people did not always feel well-supported, cared for or treated with dignity and respect.
However, most people in treatment told us staff were polite and respectful, and their experience of treatment had mostly been positive.
