Our view of the service
Date of Assessment: 28 July 2026. Ryssa Healthcare Ltd is a domiciliary care agency providing personal care to adults of all ages, some who maybe living with dementia. This is the first assessment for this newly registered service. At the time of our inspection, 1 person was being supported.
People received safe care that was based on their individual needs. People were protected from potential abuse as procedures were in place and followed. Infection control was considered. Processes were in place to manage medicines. The principles of the Mental Capacity Act were understood.
Staff had the skills and knowledge to support people and deliver care at the times people needed it. People were treated in a kind and caring way by staff they felt comfortable with. There were systems in place to monitor quality of the service, improvements were needed to ensure these were always documented.
People's experience of this service
People and their relatives were happy with all aspects of their care and shared no concerns to us. They spoke positively about the care they received, the company and the staff that supported them.
