The inspection was undertaken on 25 June 2025 by an inspector and a specialist advisor with experience in surgical procedures. This was the first inspection of this registered provider and came nine months after the registration of the service.

FKS Clinic is an aesthetic clinic providing surgical hair transplantation. This is a privately funded service for people over the age of 18. The location FKS Clinic was assessed via an onsite inspection on 25 June 2025. There are three consultation and treatment rooms, with white décor, wipeable couches, hand sinks and lights suitable for the purpose of delivering aesthetic treatments and minor surgical procedures and meeting health and safety regulations. As a relatively new registered provider we found some areas which did not meet the regulations and have requested an action plan from the provider.
