Our view of the service

The inspection was undertaken on 25 June 2025 by an inspector and a specialist advisor with experience in surgical procedures. This was the first inspection of this registered provider and came nine months after the registration of the service.

People's experience of this service

Patient feedback was generally positive. Where complaints were received these were investigated and action taken to address concerns and to improve. Patients who complained were treated as individuals and were contacted to ensure that the service addressed their complaint to their satisfaction.
