Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The registered provider must not accept any new packages of care without the prior written agreement of the Care Quality Commission. The term ‘new packages of care’ also includes individuals who have previously received Personal care from Myable Care Limited, any respite care packages, existing service users who are discharged from hospital or another care setting and return home.

From 10 April 2026 the registered provider must not provide the regulated activity of Personal care to service users A and B.

The registered provider must undertake a review of service users’ needs and identify immediate risks associated with service users’ care needs. The registered provider must ensure that service users have comprehensive care plans developed and implemented which include an assessment of ongoing risk management. Risk assessments must include but are not limited to: risks associated with; all health conditions relevant to current service users including (but not limited to): constipation, medicines, diabetes, catheter care and skin breakdown. The registered provider must send the Care Quality Commission evidence that this condition has been met. The registered provider must provide evidence of this to the Care Quality Commission by 9am on Thursday 16 April 2026.

The registered provider must ensure sufficient levels of staff are always deployed to meet the needs of service users in a safe, timely and personalised manner. The registered provider must provide written confirmation to the Care Quality Commission by 4pm on 9am on Thursday 16 April 2026 that staffing levels have been reviewed, met, and amended to meet service user’s’ dependency and care needs as required and thereafter a weekly report to the Commission to evidence how safe staffing levels have been achieved. The registered provider must supply the Care Quality Commission with details of any actions taken in response to identified shortfalls.

The registered provider must seek support from a suitable qualified independent professional to complete a review of the training needs, qualifications and competency of all staff, including agency staff including but not limited to the accurate completion of care logs, catheter care, incident and accidents, safeguarding, constipation, medicines, diabetes, and skin breakdown. , You must demonstrate what actions you have taken to ensure staff have the correct skills and competency required. You must identify any outstanding training needs. You must supply evidence of this review along with evidence of this training to the Commission by 9am Thursday 16 April 2026.

By 4pm on Monday 20 April 2026 and thereafter every month on the first Monday of that month, the registered provider shall provide a report to the Commission setting out a summary of the audits and reviews undertaken which confirm compliance with the above conditions. This report must include actions taken as a result of the reviews and audits to ensure any risks identified have been assessed and mitigated appropriately. This report must also specify when the actions have been or will be completed and highlight who is responsible to ensure that the risks are mitigated.

Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The registered provider must not provide personal care in a specialist service to people whose presenting need for care or support is as a direct result of the person’s learning disability and or autism at or from this location.
