Workforce wellbeing and enablement

Score: 3

The provider cared about and promoted the wellbeing of their staff and supported and enabled staff to always deliver person-centred care. The new provider had a process in place to support all staff as part of the transition from the previous provider organisation. The new provider had committed to paying staff the national living wage. All staff had access to an ‘app’ which provided them with staff handbook, all the provider’s policies, FAQs and their individual training record. The ‘app’ sent a weekly reminder email to all staff about new policies and new training opportunities and requirements.
