Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The registered provider must not provide nursing care under accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care at Skirbeck Lodge.

The registered provider must only accommodate a maximum of six (6) service users at Skirbeck Lodge.

The Registered Provider must not admit any new service users to Skirbeck Lodge without the prior written agreement of the Commission. This includes respite and emergency admissions.

By 3pm on the last Friday of every other month, the registered provider must send the Commission a written report providing:
a) Written evidence of review for each service users risk assessment and the support and control measures in place to mitigate identified risks.
b) A copy of each service users discharge plan including review, assessments, discussions with external agencies and transition plans to move service users into future longer term accommodation.
