We found women could receive treatment when they wanted it, women knew how to raise a concern and felt it would be handled in a sensitive manner. The service was response to women’s needs, and the management team had plans for expanding the service.
However, the location of the service meant that women could be easily identified when attending the clinic, compromising their confidentiality, and were required to use a waiting area that was potentially insensitive to women receiving treatment.
