All Inspections

During an assessment under our new approach

We carried out this announced on-site inspection on 8 September 2025.

We found the practice had met regulations.

The practice had effective systems to identify and manage risks, including infection prevention and control.

Staff had the skills, knowledge and experience to carry out their roles.

Recruitment procedures reflected current legislation and there was effective leadership and a culture of continuous improvement.

Staff provided care and treatment in line with current guidance. They treated patients with dignity and respect and ensured access to care, support, and treatment when required.

The practice is in Solihull and provides NHS and private dental care and treatment for adults and children.

The practice was located on the first and second floor and due to the limitations of the building disabled access was not available to this practice. The practice is located in Solihull town centre and car parking spaces are available near the practice.

The practice had 6 treatment rooms. At the time of our inspection, there was a total of 34 staff, of which there were 14 dentists – including 1 foundation dentist, 1 endodontist/periodontist, 11 dental nurses – including 6 trainees and 3 practice management staff, 1 dental therapist, 3 dental hygienists, 4 receptionists and a reception manager. We gathered feedback from staff and spoke to a range of staff during our inspection, including 3 dentists – including the provider, 3 dental nurses – including a nurse working on reception, 1 dental hygienist, 2 receptionists, the assistant practice manager and the practice manager.
