Our view of the service
Date of assessment: We carried out our on-site inspection on 20 April 2026; offsite activity started on 21 April 2026 and ended on 29 April 2026.
We assessed the service against ‘right care, right support, right culture’ guidance to make judgements about whether the provider guaranteed people with a learning disability and autistic people respect, equality, dignity, choices, independence, and good access to local communities that most people take for granted. We found people received care in accordance with this guidance and care workers and staff had received appropriate training relating to people with a learning disability and autistic people.
This was the first assessment for this newly registered service. Therefore, we assessed all quality statements across the safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led key questions.
Tring Care Limited provides personal care and support to people who require assistance in their own home. This service is a domiciliary care agency. At the time of our inspection 1 person was in receipt of a regulated activity. CQC only inspects where people receive personal care. This is help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do, we also consider any wider social care provided.
This assessment was unannounced. As a result of our assessment, we rated the service good. We found a breach of regulation 12.
