Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity
The registered provider must ensure that the regulated activity personal care is managed by an individual who is registered as a manager in respect of that activity at or from Bright Brains Global Limited.
a) The registered provider must not accept any new packages of care without the prior written agreement of the Care Quality Commission. The term ‘new packages of care’ also includes individuals who have previously received Personal care from Bright Brains Global Limited, any respite care packages, existing service users who are discharged from hospital or another care setting and return home.
b) The registered provider must not provide Personal care to service user G.
c) On and from the 15 May 2025 the registered provider must have, on each working shift, in each supported living premises, the correct number of staff on duty (including waking night and sleep in staff) which meets the assessed needs of each service user.
d) The registered provider must send a copy of all staff rotas (which includes the full names of each staff member), to the Commission on Friday 23 May 2025 and thereafter submit these rotas every 4 weeks. This must include evidence to demonstrate that the correct number of staff have arrived and stayed the full time on each shift, at each service.
e) By Monday 19 May 2025, the registered provider must have a system in place to record and respond
appropriately to incidents and accidents and a system in place to analyse incidents and accidents and ABC charts (including incidents and accidents that have been reported to the Local Authority and to the Commission), and any actions taken as a result of the incidents and accidents.
On Monday 19 May 2025 at 4.00pm and thereafter by 4:00pm every month on the first Monday of that month, the registered provider shall provide a report to the Commission setting out a summary of the audits and reviews undertaken which confirm compliance with the above conditions. This report must include actions taken as a result of the reviews and audits to ensure any risks identified have been assessed and mitigated appropriately. This report must also specify when the actions have been or will be completed and highlight who is responsible to ensure that the risks are mitigated.
