We carried out a comprehensive assessment of Mimarcare LTD between 15 June and 8 July 2026.
MimarCare is registered to provide personal care to people living at home. We carried out the service's first comprehensive assessment and assessed quality statements across the safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led key questions. At the time of inspection there were 16 people being supported with personal care.
People received personalised care that reflected their individual needs, preferences and changing circumstances. Care was reviewed when people's needs changed and adapted in partnership with people, families and healthcare professionals. For example, one person's support arrangements were reviewed following improvements in their mobility. This helped people remain independent and continue living at home where possible.
Relatives consistently described staff as caring, respectful and reliable. Professionals told us the registered manager was approachable, responsive and worked collaboratively, helping to ensure care remained coordinated and reflected professional advice.
Staff spoke positively about the support they received and described an open culture where they felt able to seek advice and raise concerns. Staff understood people's needs and had access to training and guidance to support them in their roles.
Governance arrangements provided oversight of the quality and safety of the service. We identified opportunities to improve the consistency of some care planning records and strengthen how learning and people's outcomes were routinely evidenced. However, there was no indication these issues had affected the quality of care people received.
