During an assessment under our new approach
Date of Assessment: 6 January 2026 to 29 January 2026. ABR Grace Solutions Limited is a care at home service providing support to adults. At the time of assessment, the provider was supporting one person. This was the first assessment of this provider since registration. We reviewed all quality statements.
The provider demonstrated safe care, supported by a proactive safety culture, thorough assessments and evidence-based practice. Staff worked collaboratively with external professionals, including occupational therapists and dietitians, to ensure coordinated and responsive care planning.
Safeguarding, infection control and risk management systems were understood and implemented effectively, and staff received regular supervision, training and support. Consent was consistently sought in line with the Mental Capacity Act. Although governance processes were basic and lacked an overarching plan, the provider recognised this and was open about the need for development. Leadership was described as approachable, inclusive and supportive, with clear organisational values and a commitment to continuous improvement and staff wellbeing.
