The registered manager said, “We create a work environment where everyone feels valued, ensuring that all facilities are accessible to people with disabilities. For example, our previous office did not cater for people with disabilities, and we felt this would limit people with physical disabilities should they want to visit or to be employed by us. An action plan was put in place, and we began to explore places that were suitable for disabled people, should they want to work with us or to visit us.
