Our view of the service

Date of Assessment: 1 to 10 June 2026. We visited the registered office on 2 and 10 June 2026. Premier Community is a domiciliary care service providing a regulated activity of personal care. The service was providing care and support to people in their own homes. At the time of this inspection, there were 219 people using the service. However, not everyone who used the service received personal care. CQC only inspects where people receive personal care. This is help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do, we also consider any wider social care provided. This was the first assessment for the service since they registered with CQC in June 2023. Therefore, we included all the quality statements under each of the 5 key questions within this assessment.

The provider assessed people’s needs and worked with them to plan care. They monitored people’s health and well-being. Staff worked with other professionals to make sure people received the support they needed. The agency provided a range of information to help people understand their care. The provider obtained people’s consent and offered choices.

Staff were kind and supportive. They provided personalised care which met people’s needs and preferences.

There were effective systems for monitoring and improving quality at the service. The provider learnt from complaints, accidents and incidents. The provider listened to people and asked for their feedback.
