During an assessment under our new approach
Date of assessment 16 March 2026. The service is a care at home service providing support to adults of all ages, people living with dementia, people with mental health challenges, people with sensory impairment, people with learning disabilities or autism, people with a physical disability and younger adults and children. We assessed the service against ‘Right support, right care, right culture’ guidance to make judgements about whether the provider guaranteed autistic people and people with a learning disability respect, equality, dignity, choices, independence and good access to local communities that most people take for granted. This is the first assessment since it registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) on 19 May 2023.
The provider had completed a detailed care plan for the person they supported. This care plan was person centred and contained details of the person’s needs and preferences. Staff told us they felt supported by the provider and that the registered manager was approachable. Staff were supported with supervision and training. Medicines were managed safely and risk assessments had been completed to ensure people’s safety.
