Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The registered provider must not provide nursing care to service users, until such a time that they are able to demonstrate they have sufficient nursing staff on duty, who are trained, competent and able to support peoples assessed nursing needs. Satisfactory evidence must be available to demonstrate the provider's ability to provide adequate nursing care to service users before this condition may be removed.
