Our view of the service
Date of Assessment; 15 April to 29 April 2025. The service is a domiciliary care agency delivering care and support to people living in their own homes. At the time of this assessment 68 people were receiving a service from Caring Connections (Warrington). In the months prior to this assessment the provider had made changes to their management team and had an action plan to further develop the service. These changes had included improvements to the management of people’s medicines; staff recruitment; safeguarding procedures and the overall governance of the service. These areas had been identified as requiring improvement during the first assessment of the service (report published 15 May 2024).
