Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

i) The registered provider must within 7 days of this condition taking effect undertake quality assurance audits at Hillbeck Residential Care Home Roundwell, Bearsted, Maidstone, Kent, ME14 4HN in respect of the following:
• Care plans of all service users relating to risks associated with service users’ continence, hydration, nutrition and behaviours of distress
• The management of medicines for all service users
• Staff training and competencies
• Accidents and incidents
ii) The registered provider must within 14 days of this condition taking effect and on the first working day of every month thereafter must send to the Care Quality Commission a report detailing the outcome of the quality assurance audits. The report should detail any remedial or immediate action taken along with any other action that the Registered Provider plans to take as a result of the outcome of these audits.
The report should include associated timescales for completing the actions and highlight who will be responsible to ensure that the required improvements are made.

Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The Registered Provider must only accommodate a maximum of 60 service users at Hillbeck Residential Care Home.

The Registered Provider must not provide nursing care under accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care at Hillbeck Residential Care Home.
