Our view of the service

This assessment took place from 11 March 2026 to 25 March 2026. Kennores Healthcare Recruitment Limited are a care at home service providing support to children, young people, adults and older people in their own home, some of whom may have a dementia, mental health conditions, substance misuse problems, sensory impairment and physical disability diagnosis. At the time of assessment, the service was supporting 3 people. The assessment was completed to provide the service with its first Care Quality Commission (CQC) rating following their registration on 19 January 2023.

 

Care was coordinated well across the service, with staff working effectively together and with external professionals to ensure people received consistent and well planned support. Staff had a clear understanding of people’s needs, and the provider had established systems that ensured important information was shared promptly, particularly when people’s care needs changed. This helped maintain continuity and supported safe, effective care. The service demonstrated a structured and organised approach, with staff working collaboratively to promote positive outcomes and ensure people experienced a reliable, responsive and well managed service.

People's experience of this service

People benefited from staff who understood their needs and worked together to provide consistent care. Information about people’s care was shared appropriately, meaning they did not have to repeat their story, and any changes to their needs were communicated quickly. This contributed to positive experiences of care, with people receiving support that felt joined up and responsive to their individual circumstances.
