The service monitored all people’s care and treatment to enable continuous improvement and delivered effective evidence-based care and treatment. Staff communicated with patients with genuine kindness and compassion and protected patients’ dignity. The service worked to ensure that everyone could access the care, support and treatment they needed when they needed it. The service was well-led with leaders who were visible and approachable.

At this assessment we identified the service was preparing food in the same room where there was laundry. However since the inspection we have received evidence showing the provider has moved the laundry equipment into a different room.
